Very good article, loads of good information. I agree with you that call tracking is very accurate and cost-efficient in gauging ROI. I think that using multiple local business phone numbers does not pollute the local search engine distribution ecosystem. Not sure where this argument came from but there is a lot of misinformation out there. Call tracking, as everyone knows, is a very controversial topic these days, however...
call tracking can really advance your marketing strategy. Listening to call recordings in order to improve the closing ratio of your sales team for example is only one of the many advantages of call tracking.

This is very interesting. I've never heard of call tracking but it sounds awesome. If I were a client looking to get quality tracking of my marketing I would look into this.
